Danielito's CA party

Since I wasn't able to do the party I had prepared for in Utah, I decided to have one here in CA with family and friends.  I decided on Dr. Seuss theme, since I have a lot of his books in both Spanish and English.  I think it turned out okay.  Happy birthday to my papito!!

last Utah visit of 2013

A couple days after Christmas we took a trip out to Utah for a week.  Like I mentioned in my previous post our family got sick over the Holidays, once we thought we were getting over it, it hit us worse once in Utah, both Elia and I caught the Stomach flu and Danny was fine until the day we decided to head back home, so he was miserable the 10 hr drive home, which also meant I did most of the driving.  While in Utah we spent most of our time with family.  I wanted to throw a party for Daniel while we were there but the day of the party, I woke up with the  stomach flu, so the party was cancelled, but we ended up doing something small with my family.  It's always fun to visit, but we were happy to be home to recover from our sicknesses.
