Spicy little personality

Elia started walking 2 weeks shy of turning 14 months... now that she has had more practice she is a lot more confident in letting go and walking on her own, although she still stumbles and falls...she sure is keeping me on my toes...She also loves to get into places or touch things she KNOWS she's not supposed to and while she does, she makes sure we are watching her and starts waving her finger while saying no, no, no....The little stinker is sure testing her limits.... As you'll see in the video, she sure LOVES to talk!!!

Here are some random old/new videos I've had of Elia on my camera... She is growing up so fast..
Her 1 year appt. stats are:  weight 21.2 lbs 50%--- height 30in 75%--- head 90%. She finally has 4 1/2 teeth.  Some words she is saying is mama, papa (accent on last "a"-dad), mas (more) papa(meaning food), bebe, dos (two), mano (hand), she crosses her arms when we say "oracion" (prayer) then she says 'men' (amen) and the inevitable NO NO (as she points and waves her index finger).  Lately she has mimicked the sounds of the words I tell her like, Tia/o, zapato, Opa (grandpa in German), wau, wau (for dog).  It sure is fun to see how fast she learns and catches on to things- she likes to "try" to put her socks on by herself, brush her hair and put on her clothes over her head even if they are pants, she also blows her nose when I tell her "sopla".  I love her little spicy personality and she has brought so much joy to our lives....

So ever since Elia was 2 months old I have taken her to zumba with me plus I try to have music playing in the house for an hour or two a day.... so she loves, loves to dance and knows how to feel and move to the rhythm. oh and she loves dancing with her daddy
